I don't know about this particular test and have no personal experience with it. In general, the new rapid syphilis tests are highly accurate, but they are intended for use in clinics and other settings where standard lab based testing is not readily available. A negative rapid test usually is reliable, but if you are at significant risk for syphilis, have a lab-based test like RPR or EIA test.
