Clomipramine with alcohol can lead to flushing, headache, rapid heartbeat, and vomiting in addition to sometimes dangerous symptomatology the medicine effectiveness for the dose can be compromised. Concerned about drowsiness or agitation developing with alcohol use while on this. A plan which includes doc input re future alcohol use with this drug is needed
