No magic here: Food isn't the key. People come in a variety of natural body builds, as bone structure varies. Many women prefer a light-framed man and it offers health benefits especially later in life. Probably you want lean muscle. For this, the key is a diet high in protein and low in grease / sugar / salt, plus resistance training and perhaps creatine and (if ok with your dr) an electronic muscle stim unit.
