Should i be concerned if my 2 month old with a herniated belly button hasn't pooped all day?

I see no relationship between the hernia and pooping. Breastfed infants can poop as often as every feed (a little) or a cradle filler once a week. Bottle fed infants are more regular, but if it is soft it is not constipation. I don't see this as a problem if this is the only feature.
