That kind of urine dipstick is not a test for STDs, but it may be more likely that you might have a urinary tract infection, given that finding. You should see your doctor to get a urine sample checked for a possible UTI. Good luck.

Dipstick tests are a good first level test but can be frequently false positive and negative. STD is a term covering a large number of diseases
