Do i have another sti/d? i once treated pelvic inflammatory disease. i felt pain recently after sex in my lower abdomen and it really hurts when trying to empty my bladder. i want to know if it's because of the deep penetration, rough sex or sti/d?

Sex alone should never be painful internally, and any new or unexplained abdominal pain needs professional assessment. It isn't necessarily a gyn problem. If no vaginal discharge, PID is less likely. If it's on the right, appendicitis is possible. Other intestinal problems also are possible. See your doctor ASAP. (Do it immediately if the pain remains severe or if you have fever.) Good luck.
