Currently on 50mg doxycycline for 6 weeks and my skins so much worse. i am also taking famvir (anti-viral) medication and a zinc supplement. do i need to stop taking the zinc + famvir for the doxy to work correctly and quickly??

In that dose, probably you're on doxycycline for acne. It can take several weeks for improvement to be obvious. Zinc and famciclovir (Famvir) do not interfere with doxycycline. Discuss all this with the doctor who prescribed it.
