All my blood work came back normal, except for my white blood cell count. three months ago it was normal, now it is 3.6 . should i be concerned?

If the rest of the cbc& differential cell count is perfectly normal, your mild leukopenia would be insignificant but followup counts are recommended in 2 or 3 months to assure stability of the wbc. I'm quite sure a hematologist would agree with this advice but if you still have concerns, consult one for peace of mind.
