Headache can be from various reasons like migraine, tension headache, stress, elevated blood pressure, problems with vision, even dental infection .Your symptoms are in favor of tension type headache. Acetaminophen, not exceeding 1.5 gm daily for few days when its hurting too much could be tried. If it persists, you need further evaluation and need to contact your primary care doctor.
