Your doctor is right. Your negative HIV antibody test is 100% proof you do not have HIV or AIDS. And almost nobody with such a sexual history has HIV anyway. Something else is the cause of any and all symptoms you have. Keep working with your apparently wise and knowledgeable GP. Good luck.
