There is always a possibility that One may not vomit with norovirus infection. However if the abdominal pain and other symptoms persist, a visit with the PCP or Gastroenterologist might be considered

Yes, the threshold for vomiting (having nausea) varies greatly among individuals, otherwise you have typical symptoms of viral gastroenteritis. More than 1 cause for your symptoms or alternate conditions cannot be ruled out.
