Best see a dermatologist for exam and or a culture of skin. Your past history of what you touched is important. Could be allergic reaction or other entities. Get checked for proper results and or treatment.

If there is no other symptom and you are not at risk for sexual transmitted disease, you can watch that for now. If you are not sure or the lesion persists then see your doctor. Good luck!
