Chronic vulvar itching is usually due to repeated contact to an irritant like soaps, personal hygiene products, wipes, or deodorants. Other causes include atopic dermatitis (eczema), lichen planus, or lichen sclerosus, but these are usually associated with a rash. Please follow up with your PCP or OB/GYN for a full evaluation.
