Could be something that you ate that didn’t agree with your system. Your body reacted as such. Since the issue only happened once, I don’t think that you should be too concerned.

Occasional liquid stools are not unusual, and should not be a because of concern unless they are frequent or are accompanied by blood or other symptoms. If you have frequent liquid stools, however, eating fiber helps. You should see your primary doctor or gastroenterologist in that scenario. Good luck.
