A member asked:

Is it okay to wear to compression shorts/leggings at the same time all day long? i wear it for support, but i a dont want it to cut off my circulation. it doesnt feel like my circulation is being cut off?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

When wearing compression garments, the biggest concern is that they are too tight. If the shorts or leggings are causing the legs to turn blue, cold to the touch, or loss of pulse or sensation in the feet, they are likely too tight. Otherwise, there isn't any known medical contraindication to wearing multiple off-the-shelf consumer grade compression garments.
