When wearing compression garments, the biggest concern is that they are too tight. If the shorts or leggings are causing the legs to turn blue, cold to the touch, or loss of pulse or sensation in the feet, they are likely too tight. Otherwise, there isn't any known medical contraindication to wearing multiple off-the-shelf consumer grade compression garments.
