A symptom of pre or perimenopausal syndrome although you're relatively young for this condition unless there is family history of early menopause. I hope you have read my addendum for previous answer. Take care!

The clinical term for excessive sweating is hyperhidrosis. There are a number of causes for hyperhidrosis, including hormonal conditions such as menopause, thyroid dysfunction, as well as medications, neurological issues, psychiatric issues, just to name a few. The treatments depend on the underlying cause, so it's imperative for anyone with these symptoms to have an evaluation by a physician.
