Hyperhidrosis: When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it's called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. HYPERHIDROSIS : HYPERHIDROSIS OR EXCESSIVE sweating demands a through evaluation. A full exam and labs especially TFTS and HA1C to evaluate for diabetes. If the workup is normal, there is a topical therapy called DRYSOL. Also Botox injections are very helpful and if that fails there are surgical options as well.

See a dermatologist: There is a great deal to this. Where sweating? Both sides? How much? When? Are you heavy? Athletic? Other symptoms? Any meds or herbs? Pregnant? Family sweating history? Treatment to be determined by history, exam, lab. Meanwhile there are OTC antiperspirants. Keep yourself cool and well ventilated.
