This is normal in some men. Stool passing over the prostate gland and/or seminal vesicles, plus the pressure from straining at stool, can express semen or normal genital fluids. If you have any further concerns about it, see a urologist for what probably would be a reassuring evaluation.

This can be a normal finding. It can occur because of the stool pressing against the prostate as it is expressed from the body. If you notice any changes, contact your doctor or a urologist. Good luck.
