This indicates a prior or current infectious process in that area. The location would be a common one for tuberculosis.

Fibronodular densities in the upper lobes are typically seen in tuberculosis (present or past) in endemic areas. Other causes for such findings remain possible and a good plan should be resulting from seeing your doc in follow up. Many such changes are chronic and do not need active treatment.
