Puking with a cough is common in younger kids as the muscles involved in both overlap & their nervous system has not separated the functions completely. If the kid feeds okay/plays some & is otherwise stable, you can monitor this at home. It is likely viral & will self-heal. If the kids' feeds are poor and it acts lethargic, or otherwise spooks you go in.
