The rapid HIV tests miss 1-2% of HIV infections, no matter how long after the last exposure. If you had an especially high risk exposure (like unprotected vaginal or anal sex with a known infected partner), you should have a lab-based antigen-antibody (AgAb, "fourth generation") blood test. You can expect a negative result, but better safe than sorry.
