Why do i have white crusty spots on my vagina lips?

Sounds like: A yeast infection and needs treatment.

Do you have: Pain, redness , itching... A white vaginal discharge alone is not pathologic. Symptomatic discharge needs to be checked. Importantly white plaques / skin changes can be cancer.
