Do you have: Pain, redness , itching... A white vaginal discharge alone is not pathologic. Symptomatic discharge needs to be checked. Importantly white plaques / skin changes can be cancer.

You can have a rash there with flaking, like psoriasis. You can have crusty skin lesions, wart like growths called seborrheic keratoses. You can have pimples, that may dry and form scabs. Try a dandruff shampoo to wash the area and Cortaid (hydrocortisone) cream.
