Vomiting: You should get evaluated for helibacter pylori infection. Please consider starting an antacid. If this doesn't improve then see your regular doctor over the next 5-7 days. If abdominal pain ensues then please see doctor sooner. This may be a sign of a occult infection of the stomach lining by a bacteria. This bacteria can later cause ulcers and gastritis. It could be so many things ie, constipation.

54F non-alcoholic-Had diarrhoea for 1 day last week.Had Imodium,Domperidone+Rabeprazole,Ornidazole. After diarrhoea had nausea,vomiting,mild fever for 5 days.Had very little food then.Now since 3 days eating normal,but in last 3 days lost 1kg.
I've been taking ranitidine 300mg for 3 days now and today i expirienced vomitting , is this bad ? Should i stop taking the pills ?
