Sometimes recurrent or persistent yeast results from poorly controlled diabetes, and rarely from other kinds of immune deficiency. Or resistance to common treatments (azoles). Preventive treatment often is very effective, weekly fluconazole if azoles are OK. Recurrent/persistent yeast should be professionally confirmed first. See your doctor for all this; or ask for referral to an ID specialist.
