Theres no hard and fast rule to it.If you are otherwise healthy, yearly checkup with your PCP is enough. You need basic blood tests like chem 10, complete blood count and lipid panel along with urine analysis. You certainly need your vital signs checked every now often. Eat healthy, have a balanced work and personal life and exercise frequently. This will have you going for the long haul.
