The blood would be from a fissure in the anal skin created by overstretching. It should self-heal over time if the activity s not repeated. There are over the counter creams like lanolin that may ease the discomfort, but just keeping the area as clean as possible will aid recovery.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. You may not have any prior anal disease. Sudden penetration can injure anal mucosa causing bleed and pain on sitting. Time is the best healer. Emollients may provide immediate symptoms relief. If you have history of constipation, I agree with previous answers. Next time,use lubricants. Hope it helps.
