Han an exam done good doctors, they found an moderate sized hiatal hernia in my stomach i feel pressure/discomfort in center of abdomen after very little food, can feel a bulge, also gastrointerologist found inflammation in stomach as well?

The incidence of hiatal hernia in 15-to 30 % of asymptomatic persons. Avoid spicy food, eat small meals frequently and try Pepto-Bismol as needed. Hope you do well

The hiatal hernia can’t contribute to Gerd, which is the cause of your symptoms. You should follow anti-reflux measures and take your medication as your G.I. doctor prescribed it. If this does not control your symptoms well enough, follow back up with your G.I. doctor tohave them adjusted. This can be well-controlled. Good luck.
