Even when there is no visible signs of Oral herpes - even to her, she can transmit herpes but with no visible lesions that is almost never occurs. When there are blisters, transmission is more likely. Because of oral sex, the herpes near the genitals on many people are really oral herpes. Oral and genital herpes are two different viruses.
