You are at low risk. FYI, common-source outbreaks have been noted after ingestion of ice, shellfish, and a variety of ready-to-eat foods, including salads, berries, and bakery products, usually contaminated by infected food handlers.

If you are not in close contact with anybody then you can only be infected with these viruses through your foods. If you cook your meal well then the remained sources are contaminated fruits and vegetables so you should wash them well and buy them from a reliable market and you should not eat out. That's all you need to know but you should not worry too much because most cases are self limited.
