Having been vaccinated, you can safely assume you are immune to your partner's HPV infection and at little risk of genital warts. Also, it is rare for warts to occur only in the vagina. If you have no genital warts or other unexplained skin bumps in the genital area, you can be confident you don't have a wart problem. Don't worry about it.
