Yes from unprotected vaginal intercourse; no for handjob or from exposure to saliva. Anyway, Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma hominis are normal genital bacteria that cause no symptoms or disease. Half of all sexually active people have positive test results; nothing to worry about even if you someday test positive yourself. Mycoplasma genitalium is different, however, and can cause urethritis.
