I would express your concerns to PCP/Neurologist and be evaluated. I don’t think that you should wait, as conditions can worsen.

If these symptoms have come on acutely, you should go to the emergency room. It is possible that your blood pressure may be low based on your description, but regardless, it sounds like it needs to be dealt with immediately. Do not delay seeking care. Good luck.

Head pressure, diff. Breathing, upper back discomfort, dizziness, difficulty falling asleep, fuzzy vision. Ive had chest xrays and they were fine.
