Nonspecific signs: All these symptoms are bizarre and not specific. I would like to know whether there is any history of trauma? If so, concussion should be thought about in the differential. You are too young to suspect a cardiac problem unless there is an obvious risk factor: drug user, hypercoagulable disorder, etc. You need to be examined by a doctor and a good neurological exam and cardiac exam done.
