Doubt anything will happen. Just clean the cut, use maybe some OTC neisporin, and bandage.

Although it is certainly possible to get an infection, it is unlikely if you wash your wound with soap and water and watch it carefully. If there are any signs of infection, such as redness, warmth, or pus, you should see your doctor immediately. Good luck.
