Any lymphnode below a cm. is called subcentimetric and considered as benign What was the reason you had imaging study of abdomen done? Do you have any symptoms. Have you seen any doctor. In terms of the lymphnodes ,the size ,location, how many lymphnodes are enlarged, pain abdomen, any symptoms like nausea, fever, chills, weight loss, altered bowel habits like constipation, diarrhea -all these matter

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to what is online. I would think it would be best to have a consultation with a Physician, and go from there.

Most lymph nodes, even those greater than a centimeter in size, or not related to cancer, but instead to lymphatic drainage. If you are concerned about findings on an x-ray, you should discuss it with the Doctor Who ordered the x-ray. That person is in the best position to interpret it for you. Good luck.
