I pulled a carbide splinter out of my finger with my teeth and i think i got it stuck in my throat. what should i do? see a doctor or can i get it out myself?

To make certain that the splinter is actually in your throat, I would make an appointment with an ENT. I would not try and remove the splinter, simply because you might cause more harm than good.
