I took an x-ray and the result is fibrohazed densities are noted in the left apex, probably koch's in etiology.i took a sputum test and the result is mtb not detected. the health center said that i still need to take medicine that is good for 6mos?

The wording is consistent with a diagnosis of tuberculosis. The sputum test suggests it is not active. Taking an anti-tuberculosis drug for a minimum of 6 months is a standard treatment in such a case to reduce the possibility it will re-activate/become contagious.
