This question is for an ophthalmologist: i have a positive kappa angle lazy eye, i was wondering if a surgeon would perform strabismus surgery so my eyes wont appear like im looking the other direction. i know it wouldnt help my vision?

Yes the eye could be straightened to look more normal, but depending on the level of visual acuity over time the eye may drift out again.
