I have dark smile lines next to my face, and even when i rest my face the dark lines are still visible, im unsure what to do and wondering if theres any products which could remove these dark lines, could retinol or vitamin c serum remove these?

The best thing to do is to see a dermatologist and determine the best way to lessen these lines without developing scar tissue, which could make it look worse. Avoid direct sunlight for sure. A dermatologist can guide treatments. Good luck!
