Moisturize and...: To keep infant skin smooth as a baby's bottom, there are things to do and tings to avoid. First, avoid overbathing - this dries out natural skin oils. Next, avoid lots of scented soaps, creams, detergents - these can be irritating to infant skin. Pat, don't rub skin dry. Finally, make sure you moisturize once or twice a day, every single day. Use unscented moisturizers, like aloe or coco butter.
