I have a hard pea sized lump at the corner of my eye near my nose. should i be concerned about this?

Depending on whether it is red, painful, getting larger, obstructing your vision, any discharge from it...if you have any of those signs/symptoms, or it doesn't go away, it warrants a visit to your doctor. Meanwhile, you can apply warm compresses to the area to see if it helps with discomfort and if it gets smaller. Please do not try to open it/drain it yourself
