Men rarely have any outward symptoms of a genital HPV infection other than the low-risk genital wart strains. There is no HPV vaccine that provides protection for more than 7 High risk strains. That said, I think there is a good possibility your spouse has acquired at least some of these from you unless your system cleared them years before you were together.
