The numerical result means nothing except that it's positive, meaning you have HSV1. It doesn't have any relation to duration of infection. There is no difference between a value of (say) 5, 15, 30, 61.3, or higher. Having HSV1 makes you a normal human: most of the world's population has it. No big deal!
