If this hormone replacement therapy can regulate your cycle to 28 +/- 2 days then the effect on ovulation time could be just an indirect effect of this pill, i.e. your ovulation time should be around 2 weeks before the period starts. So if you take for 21 days and then 5 days later your menses starts (26 day cycle) then ovulation time should be on date 12 +/-1 (21 + 5 - 14) of that past month.
