Some medications, like gabapentin and related drugs, may help control symptoms of nerve compression; or locally injected corticosteroids may help for a while. No medication can cure it; only surgery (sometimes) to relieve the compression is likely to be curative.

Since you are not specific, solely a generic response can be provided. Mechanical compression of any nerve may not resolve in absence of surgical decompression. On occasion, if inflammation and swelling are culprits, some relief can be achieved by medications, such as steroids. Analgesics can ease symptoms, but not reverse the anatomical compression.
