Occasional midsection internal right side pain. is this normal? i have a hard time understand what pains are normal and what isnt. what is typically a good time to assess and try and catch something early?

Pain is normal. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Generally, any pain that you have that you cannot readily explain could warrant a doctor visit to be evaluated. If these symptoms persist, you should see your doctor. Good luck.
