At "19w4d" of pregnancy, any exterior source causing you to move will produce movement of the uterus (enlarged and containing growing fetus) which may cause stretching of the ("round") ligament tethering the pregnant uterus to the pelvic side wall. At more advanced fetal size/age, this will not occur. See your OB provider for an exam if the pain continues when you are stable.
