You should not use medication at this age for those symptoms which are usually self limited. If symptoms get worse and your baby still has high fever after 3 days, baby should be examined by a pediatrician. For fever in the first three days you can use acetaminophen drop or suppository or you just apply cold compress on head and trunk as needed.
