What types of food are you eating for breakfast? Perhaps you should try changing what you eat for breakfast and have something with more binders-like oatmeal or take a fiber supplement. You should call your doctor if this continues. But, this is likely dietary, especially if it only occurs after breakfast. Good luck!

This pattern is not unusual, and may be a sign of mild irritable bowel syndrome. A good first start would be to increase amount of fiber in your diet. You might even consider adding some Metamucil to your diet daily, and to drink more liquids. If this does not work, then you should see your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
