You need to be seen and examined before any diagnosis can be made. You need to return to the doctor who ordered your tests to interpret the tests in the context of your symptoms and physical exam. There is no way to diagnose you without examining you and knowing your symptoms. You may need to see a specialist as well. Good luck!

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably the one you saw earlier. It may be just a viral infection. Wish you good health!
